The Plushtex mix was developed to meet the lawn grass needs of Southern climates. Turf type tall fescues make up the majority of this mix. This gives the consumer a good looking low maintenance lawn. A small percentage of bluegrass is added to give Plushtex a recuperative ability. It is a good mix to use in sun or shade. Count on Plushtex even in high stress situations.
